Egg Scramble

I combined fresh spinach, 1.5 chicken tenderloins (baked yesterday) and a couple pieces of onion to simmer in a small pan. I let everything simmer in the pan until the spinach was cooked down.  I then added 2 scrambled eggs and stired until the eggs cooked. Once plated, I added 2 tablespoons of salsa and I was done! 

It tasted very good, of course some cheese would have been AMAZING but I had to keep my sodium down.
